Prices

From £11 a month if you pay by Direct Debit. Different boiler plan options are available to suit your budget.

Pros

  • Will attend emergency and non-emergency call-outs.
  • Covers labour costs for annual safety and inspection.
  • Will contribute £1500 less any claims toward the cost of a new boiler if current system cannot be repaired.

Cons

  • Parts and labour are limited to £1500 in any one year.
  • Cover does not begin immediately, but after 30 days.

Payment Terms: Payments made quarterly

Level of Cover: Comprehensive cover for home heating system. Unlimited call outs. Up to £1500 in any one year.
Minimum Contract Period: Plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation within first 14 days results in full refund, less £10 admin fee if any claims have been made. After 14 days cancellation results in partial refund if no claims have been made and no refund if claims have been made
Response Times: Guaranteed next day or same day
Maximum Boiler Age Limit: Under 15 years for conventional boiler and under 5 years for combination boilers at time of initial cover. Cover can usually be renewed for life of the boiler
Parts and Labour: Up to £1500 in any one year
