Minimum Contract Period: Plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation within first 14 days results in full refund, less £10 admin fee if any claims have been made. After 14 days cancellation results in partial refund if no claims have been made and no refund if claims have been made.
Special Conditions and Exclusions: Will only cover labour for annual inspection and maintenance.
Call Out Conditions: Unlimited call outs.
Cover Limits: Up to £1500 in any one year.
Response Times: Guaranteed next day or same day.
Maximum Boiler Age Limit: Under 15 years for conventional boiler and under 5 years for combination boilers at time of initial cover. Cover can usually be renewed for life of the boiler.
Annual Maintenance: Labour for annual maintenance is covered, but parts and materials are extra.
Parts and Labour: Up to £1500 in any one year
