You will benefit from receiving and viewing your bills, providing meter readings and carrying out general correspondence all online.

We may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Online Energy Saver 10 but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 31st October 2011. What happens if I decide to leave the Offer before the 31st October 2011?
Scottish Power may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to Online Energy Saver 10 but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 31st October 2011.
What happens if standard prices fall during the period of the offer?
Your unit rates will change accordingly BUT will always remain a minimum of 2% lower than Scottish Power’s standard monthly Direct Debit prices.
My gas is supplied by an Independent Gas Transporter (IGT), Can I sign up to the Offer?
Yes, Online Energy Saver 10 Offer is available to IGT customers, however, these customers will need to pay the IGT premium of £42 (inc. VAT) a year.
If I move house can I take the Online Energy Saver 10 Offer with me?
No. You will however be entitled to apply for any of Scottish Power’s offers available at the time.
