Combination Boilers

Looking for ways to reduce your energy and water consumption? Consider a Combination Boiler for your home.
Because Combination Boilers activate on demand, they use less energy and eliminate the need for water tanks or cylinders. Although they are not as efficient as condensing boilers, Combination boilers do have the advantage of being easier to install.
Combination Boilers work to provide instantaneous hot water – no more running the tap for minutes, waiting for hot water. If there are other taps running at the same time, however, flow can be limited.
Advantages:
- They are both reliable and tough
- Not only can they provide a vast amount of hot water, they are also economical to run
- Eliminates the need for expensive hot water storage
- Labour and material saving
- Simple and Easy to Install
- Immediate hot water
- Drinking water from all taps
Disadvantages:
- Condensing boilers are more efficient and cost effective
- Rates can be higher than that of a storage system
- More wall space may be required
- There is no storage for both hot and cold water
- There are potential difficulties with repair if there is a fault
- There can be a delay in heat until the boiler reaches working temperature
- If there are multiple taps running, there can be reduced water flow
